Global Employment and Labor Webinar Series: 29 September, 20 October, 10 November

The use of independent contractors and worker misclassification is a hot topic around the world. With the rise of the gig economy, many businesses rely on the use of independent contractors and this is a crucial part of their business models.

In this international employment webinar series, we provide a global overview of this important topic. In our first webinar, we give a global overview which will be particularly helpful to in-house lawyers, HR practitioners and other stakeholders who are tasked with managing worker misclassification exposure. In our second and third webinars in this series, we take a closer look at key jurisdictions within Europe and North America, namely the UK, US, Canada, Germany, Poland and Italy.
