Our People, Reward and Mobility team in the UK advises on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious, and covers the full range of pensions and employee benefits issues as well as all areas of immigration law. The UK team, of more than 45 members, has strong experience working with clients across a wide range of sectors, and is based in Edinburgh, Glasgow, London and Milton Keynes.
Employment law issues are often time critical and our team is well used to providing a flexible, strategic and responsive approach to our clients’ employment law needs. We know the importance of clear, appropriate and timely communications. We attach particular importance to understanding each client’s business and culture. Our Pensions team advises employers, trustees and financial institutions across the world on UK pensions issues. We deal with scheme advisory, transactional, drafting and litigation matters for our clients and have particular expertise in dealing with pensions issues at the cusp between the private and public sectors. We work closely with our pensions and ERISA teams in the rest of the Dentons global network.
Our Immigration team advises on all corporate immigration matters, from assisting new start ups to securing visas for established UK businesses wanting to recruit migrant workers. We provide strategic support and advice when working with our clients’ global mobility team. We have strong links with various Home Office teams to enable an inside view to be given on more complex matters. The UK Immigration team is part of Dentons’ global network of immigration lawyers, meaning we can provide advice and assistance wherever is needed.
