There has been a significant increase in compliance action taken by UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) against licensed sponsors in the UK. It is therefore imperative that sponsors are aware of, and adhere to, their sponsor obligations. We provide an overview of the key sponsor obligations and compliance recommendations in our insight.
