October marks Black History month in the UK. While it is a time for celebration, it is also a time to reflect on one’s commitment to tackling racism. Real change needs more than reflection: it needs action. That is why the theme for this year’s Black History Month is “Time for Change: Action Not Words”. In this article, we consider some concrete measures employers can introduce to respond purposefully to Black History Month 2022’s call for action, not words. We look at this on our website.
