IR35 in the private sector – are you ready?

For many, grappling with the changes to the off payroll working rules (often referred to as IR35) has been put on the backburner.  Given the impact of COVID-19 on businesses, this is no big surprise.  However, these changes are coming into force for medium and large private sector businesses on 6 April 2021, which really is just round the corner and so it is time for businesses to get to grips with what this means.  We have summarised what you need to know, and what you should be doing to prepare, on our website.
